A shopping day with several venues is easier to manage when the pickup points, time at each stop and space for purchases are planned in advance. Tell the booking team where the day begins and ends, who is travelling and whether the chauffeur should remain available between stops.

List the stops in a practical order
Write down the malls, boutiques or appointments you intend to visit, plus any lunch or hotel stop. Give the full destination name instead of only a neighbourhood. An appointment with a fixed time should be marked; browsing time can stay flexible. The itinerary can then be reviewed for a suitable service period and route.
Large shopping destinations have several entrances and parking areas. For example, Dubai Mall publishes its current visitor services and access information. Agree the actual drop-off and later collection point with the chauffeur team; a valet entrance or ride-hailing stand is not automatically the correct location for a prebooked vehicle.
Choose a transfer or a car kept available
A direct transfer may suit one collection and one drop-off. Several stores, appointments or a later dinner call for a different plan. Ask whether an hourly chauffeur service or full-day service suits the itinerary, and confirm included hours, waiting, parking and extra-time terms. Our hourly versus full-day guide helps compare the options.
Tell the team if the driver should wait at each venue or return at a prearranged time. Keep one reachable phone or WhatsApp contact for updates. If plans change, provide the new location and time before leaving the previous stop.
Allow room for passengers and purchases
Count all guests and tell the team whether the vehicle also carries luggage, strollers or other equipment. Shopping bags can accumulate during the day, so leave suitable space in the vehicle. Do not place loose purchases on passenger seats or in a way that obstructs safe travel. Our passenger and luggage guide provides a checklist for choosing a category.
If guests request a particular model or a larger vehicle, the dispatch team can check availability and assigned capacity before confirmation. The pictured vehicle is illustrative and does not guarantee a specific model, colour or interior.
Confirm the final drop-off
Provide the hotel, residence or restaurant address where the shopping day ends. If different guests need separate drop-offs, list them in order before asking for the quote. Confirm where and when the chauffeur will collect the party after the last stop; crowded venues can make “meet outside” too vague.
