General Terms and Conditions:

VAT: All services are subject to 5% VAT applicable.

Email/WhatsApp Request: It is necessary to provide an email or WhatsApp request for all services.

Service Availability: All services are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Rates:

Inclusions: The rates include the vehicle fare, fuel, chauffeur,  Toll Tax (Salik/DARB) and airport parking fees.

Exclusions: The rates for these services do not cover private parking fees, which will be charged to the guest separately.

Non-Applicability during Major Events: The normal prices will increase during major events such as airshows, Formula 1 races, expos, etc.

Rate Changes: Please note that rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Waiting Time and Extra Stops:

Complimentary Waiting Time: For departure and point−to−point services, there is a complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes. For airport arrivals, there is a complimentary waiting time of 1 hour from the actual flight arrival. After 1 hours of waiting additional hour will be chargeable. If flight delay for a longer period then vehicle will be subject to availability.

Waiting Time Period: Additional waiting time period, up to a maximum of 2 hours. If the waiting time exceeds 2 hours at airport, then driver may be released from airport without prior notice.

Extra Stops: Arrival, departure, and point−to−point services are intended to be direct to the destination. However, if any stopover is requested, there will be a charge as per vehicle model of AED (including 5% VAT) per stop. Each stop cannot exceed 15 minutes. If the stopover exceeds 15 minutes, the guest will be charged according to the per−hour waiting charges.

Rent Service Policy:

Minimum Rent Duration: The minimum rental duration is 5 hours.

Continuous Hours of Service: All rental bookings will be for continuous hours of service with the driver without any carry-forward of the unused hours to next day service.

Half Day Service: The Half Day service price is applicable within the city limits where the service originated.

This means that the chauffeur and vehicle will operate and serve the client exclusively within the designated city, In the event that the Half Day service extends beyond the city limits, inter emirates charges will be applied.

*Please be aware that if the service extends beyond the city limits, it will automatically be converted to a Full Day service.

No-Show and Cancellation / Amendment Policy:

No Show: In the event that you did not see the chauffeur upon arrival, please notify our transportation support team immediately. Failure to notify us may result in the full charge for a “No Show” scenario.

Cancellation & Amendment Policy: The cancellation & Amendment policy requires a minimum notice of 48 hours prior to the pick−up date. If a booking is canceled or amended after the 48 hours window, the full amount will be charged.

On-the-Spot Cancellation: Any cancellations made on the spot, without prior notice, will be charged in full.

Payments, Deposit, and Refund Policy:

Payment Options: Payments can be made through Bank Transfer and Payment Link.

Deposit and Price Guarantee: Any deposits made are non-refundable. Payment of a deposit allows us to hold the reservation and avoid other inquires, but it does not guarantee the price. The price can only be guaranteed once we receives full payment, subject to any terms and conditions set by the Supplier. We will provide the necessary information regarding the deadline for full payment.

Refund Process: Agreement on services are binding, and there is no refund on the deposit, All assignments can be re-booked without charge with 48 hours’ notice. Re-booked date must be within 2 months. If the time or date for the service is changed with a notice later than 48 hours, a fee of AED 1000 will be invoiced. (This does not apply if you extend an ongoing service). In some special events of a partial or full refund, it will be processed through the original mode of payment used after deducting the necessary bank charges. Please allow up to 21 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Financial Penalties and Cancellation Charges: We reserves the right to charge financial penalties, fees, and losses incurred as a result of cancellation.

Force Majeure:

Acts beyond Control: We are not responsible for acts of God, acts of Mother Nature, or circumstances that are cannot be reasonably anticipated or controlled.

Release from Obligations: We may be released from performing or observing its obligations under the Contract in the event of Force Majeure.

Company Vehicle Policy:

Availability of Services: In the event that any requested services are not available, We will offer alternatives to the client. Acceptance of these alternatives is subject to the client’s approval.

Failure to Locate Chauffeur: If the client is unable to locate the chauffeur at the designated meeting point and proceeds to seek alternative transportation without contacting us to resolve the situation, the client will be charged the full amount based on the booked service.

No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Any smoking activity by the client or passengers will result in an automatic minimum charge of 1000 AED/− , and the client will be held responsible for any damage caused by smoking.

Cleanliness of the Vehicle: If, during or after the transportation service, we incurs additional time and material expenses to clean the vehicle due to acts of the client or passengers(such as spilling food and drinks, vomiting, prohibited smoking, excessive trash), the client may be charged additional fees to cover these expenses. Any damage to the vehicle caused by the client or passengers will be charged in full. The minimum clean−up fee is 1000 AED.

Refusal of Transportation: We the right to refuse transportation to individuals who are under the influence of illegal drugs, excessively intoxicated, in possession of firearms or dangerous substances, or who may become objectionable or pose a threat to the chauffeur or other passengers. Minors are strictly prohibited from consuming or possessing alcohol or illegal substances in company vehicles. Clients are expected not to interfere with the chauffeur’s duties or tamper with any vehicle apparatus or appliance. In such instances, services will be terminated immediately, and no refunds will be offered.

Lost Items: Please be careful with your belonging as ECS Dubai and its affiliates are not responsible for any lost items or luggage left at airports, pickup, or drop−off.
