Private Airport Pickups, Departures and Intercity Transfers

A direct airport transfer takes you between the confirmed airport and your destination. Request an arrival pickup, an outbound airport drop-off, or both directions with separate flight details. If you want the vehicle to remain for meetings, shopping or several appointments, ask for hourly or full-day chauffeur service rather than assuming those stops are part of a direct transfer.

Landing in one emirate and staying in another is also possible. Tell us the actual arrival airport and final address for DXB to Abu Dhabi, AUH to Dubai, SHJ to Abu Dhabi or a Dubai-airport journey to Ras Al Khaimah. Intercity quotations reflect the full route. Airport-to-airport connections need enough time for immigration, baggage collection, the road journey and the next airline’s check-in requirements.

1. Share the itinerary. Send the airport code, flight number, date, addresses, passengers and luggage.
2. Confirm the service. Review vehicle suitability, the written quotation, waiting conditions and payment arrangements.
3. Receive meeting instructions. Follow the agreed contact and pickup procedure for your airport.
4. Keep us informed. Advise us about flight changes, delayed baggage or a revised destination so the team can coordinate available options.

A Vehicle That Fits the Journey

Choose from our chauffeur fleet according to your group and luggage. A luxury sedan such as the BMW 7 Series or Mercedes S-Class suits executive travel. A GMC Yukon or Cadillac Escalade offers an SUV alternative. Families and small groups can request a Mercedes V-Class; larger groups can ask about a Sprinter or coach.

Passenger seats alone do not establish luggage capacity. Tell us every large suitcase, cabin bag, stroller, wheelchair or golf bag before confirmation. Child seats and special assistance must be requested in advance; availability and any charge are confirmed with the quotation. The exact model, colour and layout depend on the confirmed booking.

Send your flight number, travel date, airport, arrival or departure time, complete pickup and drop-off addresses, passenger count and luggage list. Add the ages of children needing seats, bulky items and any planned stops. For passengers on different flights, list each flight and contact person so we can discuss separate pickups or a coordinated group movement.

Your written quotation sets out the vehicle category, route, inclusions, applicable VAT, waiting allowance, extras and payment deadline. Review it together with our booking terms. Prices vary by route, date, vehicle, luggage requirements and availability; a fixed public rate for every airport journey would not describe every booking accurately.

Payment options can include a secure payment link, bank transfer, cash and eligible Tabby/Tamara bookings, subject to approval and provider terms. We confirm your service before allocating the chauffeur and sharing the pickup instructions. For an early arrival or late departure, give us the full itinerary when requesting availability.
