This policy explains how Empress Chauffeur Service Dubai (ECS Dubai) handles information when you visit our website, submit an enquiry or arrange chauffeur services. Our contact location is Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.

Information you provide

Our booking form asks for pickup and drop-off addresses, service dates and times, passenger count, your name and WhatsApp number. Email is optional. Return journey details and itinerary notes are collected when you provide them.

You may also send flight information, luggage requirements, billing details or guest preferences when arranging a service. Please share only information needed for your journey. Do not place card numbers, passwords or identity documents in the booking notes.

How booking information is used

We use your details to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate pickup and dispatch, communicate booking updates, maintain booking records and address service or payment questions.

When you provide an email address, our system can send a request receipt and our team can send a booking confirmation. A request receipt acknowledges the enquiry; it does not confirm a reservation.

Payments

Payments may be arranged through secure payment links, bank transfers, eligible BNPL providers or cash, as confirmed in your quotation. Card information entered into a payment provider’s checkout is handled under that provider’s privacy and security terms. Our website booking form does not ask for card details.

Sharing information to arrange your journey

Relevant journey details may be shared with the assigned chauffeur, dispatch personnel and service partners who help fulfil your booking. Hosting, email and payment providers may process information needed to operate the website, communicate with you or complete payment.

If another person or organisation arranges your journey, itinerary and billing information may be shared with that booking contact where needed. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or a valid legal request.

Website, cookies and external services

Hosting and website services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs. Cookies or similar technologies may be used by enabled website services. Your browser settings allow you to manage or block cookies, although this can affect some website functions.

Some service providers may process information outside the UAE, depending on their infrastructure and the service used. Payment pages, messaging platforms and external links operate under their own privacy terms. Review those terms when using a third-party service.

Retention and security

Booking and correspondence records are retained for operational purposes and applicable record-keeping requirements. The appropriate retention period depends on the information and purpose. Contact us if you have a question about a particular record.

We seek to limit access to information to people and providers who need it for their work. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

Your privacy enquiries

You can contact us to ask about your information, request correction of inaccurate details, or request access, deletion or restrictions on its use, subject to applicable law and legitimate record-keeping requirements. If you receive marketing communications from us, you can ask to stop receiving them.
