Build your day around the ship’s all-aboard time
Your excursion should be planned around the cruise line’s confirmed all-aboard deadline, rather than the published sailing time alone. Share that deadline with us and allow a sensible buffer for road traffic, terminal procedures and the walk back to the ship.
A shorter Dubai itinerary may be more suitable when time ashore is limited. For longer journeys or an excursion beyond Dubai, ask us to assess the route against your available window before booking. Attraction admission, opening hours and restaurant reservations should also be checked separately.
We plan the agreed return journey with you, but independent excursions do not include a guarantee that the ship will wait. Guests and staff remain responsible for complying with their cruise line’s boarding requirements.
Port pickup and return arrangements
Pickup details depend on the vessel’s assigned terminal and the access rules in place for that port call. Your confirmation will specify the agreed meeting point and contact arrangements. Chauffeur access inside restricted port areas is subject to permission; please do not assume pickup will be directly beside the ship.
If disembarkation is delayed or the terminal changes, contact us promptly so we can review the arrangements. Waiting time, additional stops and itinerary extensions are subject to the agreed booking terms and availability.
