How do I book a chauffeur service in Dubai?

Can I book an airport pickup at DXB or DWC?
Yes. Airport pickup and drop-off services can be arranged for Dubai International Airport, Al Maktoum International Airport and selected private aviation terminals.
Can the chauffeur wait for multiple stops?
Yes. For several stops or a flexible itinerary, choose hourly, half-day or full-day chauffeur service. Share the itinerary in the booking notes so the correct quotation can be prepared.
Which vehicles are available?
The partner fleet includes executive sedans, luxury SUVs, Mercedes V-Class vehicles, Sprinters and coaches. The exact model, colour and specification are subject to availability.
What is included in the quoted rate?
Unless stated otherwise, the confirmed rate includes the vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, tolls and applicable airport parking. Any VAT, additional waiting, extra stops or special event pricing is clarified before confirmation.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept payment through secure payment links, bank transfer, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) with Tabby or Tamara, and cash payment. Available payment options and the payment due date are confirmed with your quotation.
Can I extend the chauffeur service during my journey?
Usually yes, subject to the vehicle and chauffeur’s next assignment. Contact the operations team as early as possible. Additional hours, waiting time, parking and route changes may be chargeable and will be confirmed before the extension.
What is the cancellation and no-show policy?
A booking may normally be cancelled or changed without the full service charge when written notice is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup. Late cancellation and passenger no-show may be charged up to 100 percent. Any booking-specific conditions are shown on the confirmation.
Can I change the vehicle or chauffeur during the service?
Requests can be considered, but changes remain subject to availability and operational feasibility. If an assigned vehicle or chauffeur must be replaced for operational reasons, ECS Dubai will arrange a suitable alternative category whenever possible and inform the customer.
Can I add stops or change the itinerary?
Yes, subject to sufficient time and availability. Share changes with the operations team before or during the journey. Extra stops, distance, waiting time or extended duration may change the final rate.
How far in advance should I book?
Advance booking is recommended, especially for airport arrivals, weddings, exhibitions, major events and large groups. Same-day requests may be accepted when a suitable vehicle and chauffeur are available.
