Road travel from the UAE to Dammam or Riyadh needs more planning than a domestic city transfer. The destination, entry documents, permitted vehicle arrangement and length of the working day all affect whether a proposed itinerary is workable. Prepare these details before asking for a final chauffeur quotation.

Choose one destination and a realistic schedule

Give the precise pickup address in the UAE and the first destination in Saudi Arabia. Dammam and Riyadh are separate destinations, so specify whether you need one city, both cities on different dates, or a handover between services. Add meeting times, hotel check-in, airport connections and return dates. If the trip spans several days, our executive roadshow planning guide offers a useful way to list appointments and daily stops.

Leave room for border formalities, rest breaks, traffic and changed appointment times. Do not rely on a single online drive-time estimate as a promise of arrival. Ask the team to review each day’s route against your fixed commitments.

Check Saudi entry eligibility

Each traveller should verify the current visa and entry conditions for their passport, residency category and travel purpose. Saudi Arabia’s official visa platform describes tourism visa pathways, including information for GCC residents, while the official tourist eVisa portal provides another eligibility route. These are starting points; the correct permission depends on the traveller and purpose. A chauffeur booking does not replace an entry authorisation.

Confirm valid passports and any other documents required for exit, entry and return before travel. If a business visit needs a different visa category, check that through the appropriate official channel. Share only the information needed for operational planning with the reservations team.

Confirm the vehicle and border plan

Ask whether the proposed vehicle and chauffeur are authorised for the chosen cross-border itinerary, and whether insurance and any operating permissions cover it. The team must confirm the actual assigned arrangement; a UAE domestic vehicle quotation does not establish Saudi entry or commercial operating rights. If a vehicle handover or separate local service is necessary, have its location, timing and responsibility stated in writing.

List all passengers and full-size luggage, cabin bags and equipment. A comfortable long-distance vehicle must still have suitable space for the party. Request a category, then let the dispatch team verify the assigned vehicle, capacity and route arrangement. Our passenger and luggage guide helps organise the request.

Define the service after arrival

Tell the team if you need only a drop-off, a chauffeur available for appointments, travel between Dammam and Riyadh, or a separate return trip to the UAE. Set out the dates and first pickup and last drop-off for each stage. Overnight accommodation, waiting, extra distance and additional days should be discussed explicitly in the quotation.

Name one coordinator who can approve changes and receive journey updates. For a business delegation, provide the relevant guest contact for each stage without sending more personal information than necessary.

Our team will assess operational feasibility and provide a final quotation only after the required arrangements can be confirmed.
