Wedding transport works best when every vehicle has a clear purpose. The couple may need a private car between the ceremony and reception, while family members and guests may have different pickup points and arrival times. A simple transport plan can make the day feel calm without leaving anyone unsure which vehicle to board.
Build the schedule around the wedding events
Start with the ceremony, photography, reception and final departure times. For each journey, write down the pickup address, the correct venue entrance and the number of passengers. Ask the venues about vehicle access, loading areas and the time available for an arrival or photo stop. If the itinerary includes a hotel, ceremony venue and reception in different parts of Dubai, add realistic travel time between them.
Choose one coordinator who can contact the chauffeur team during the event. Give the coordinator the final passenger list and tell us who can approve a route or timing change. Wedding schedules may shift, so agree in advance how additional waiting or service hours would be handled.
Plan the couple’s car separately
For the couple, discuss the desired vehicle category, pickup order, photo stops and any privacy preferences. An S-Class chauffeur car is one option for a refined arrival, subject to the actual vehicle and availability. Make sure the dress, veil, bouquet and any accompanying belongings can be accommodated comfortably. A requested model, colour or trim should be confirmed in writing rather than assumed from a representative photo.
If you would like floral decoration, send a reference image and describe where it should be placed. Decorations require advance approval from our operations team and must not obstruct the driver’s view, lights, number plate or access to doors. Agree who supplies, fits and removes the flowers, and allow time for this before the first pickup.
Give family and guests their own movement plan
Count guests by pickup location instead of relying only on the total invitation list. Some will arrive independently, while others may need transport from a hotel or between venues. Tell us which guests travel together, whether children need approved seats, and whether anyone requires extra assistance. A Mercedes V-Class, Sprinter or group vehicle may be worth considering, depending on the final party size and luggage.
For group pickups, provide a named contact for each vehicle and a clear departure time. If guests have different return times, request separate return arrangements rather than assuming one shuttle will suit everybody. Have a plan for guests who stay later than the scheduled service.

- Passenger count and a named contact for every vehicle.
- Couple’s itinerary, photo stops and any luggage or dress requirements.
- Decoration approval, installation time and the person responsible.
- Included hours, overtime, waiting, parking and cancellation terms.
